I ate twice in this restaurant, breakfast and lunch. They served Japanese style breakfast which was porridge/rice, miso soup, tofu, fried fish, and other garnish which was eatable. The drink was tea. No choice. For lunch, they have the full menu for a day which will be different for the next day. It was in 7 or 8 sessions. What is really odd for me is the rice served on the 6th or 7th session, which just before the dessert. I&#39;m not used to it. The food itself was OK.

不吃鳗鱼饭，好像白去的感觉。。。 最后一天去吃鳗鱼饭！ 这家是个新开店，环境比较好。 还有鳗鱼饭的量也蛮多的。[微笑] 我比较喜欢在鳗鱼饭放花椒粉一起吃。 这家的鳗鱼饭上面已经放着花椒粉，真的让人很开心！呵呵呵 还有，鳗鱼饭跟芥末的搭配也超赞！ 最后一口；当然要做茶包饭吃！！！！！！ 人比较少，不要排队！味道也蛮不错！ 真的很赞！

餐厅老板和妻子共同打理，但料理全程都是张师傅一人完成，加上鳗鱼都是活鳗现杀现烤，想吃好吃的，还是要有耐心。▹鳗鱼三吃三吃即盖饭、拌饭和泡饭。师傅的鳗鱼三吃做的是关西派。比起关东派的丰腴肥嫩，关西派出品表皮焦脆，肉质紧实。我最喜欢的是拌饭的吃法。鳗鱼和饭，加上葱花、海苔、芝麻和山椒粉，再添点酱汁拌匀。鳗鱼酱汁清亮有味，既滋润了鱼肉和饭粒，又不会盖住鱼香和炭烤的烟火气。▹酱烤鳗肝鳗鱼饭的好吃是预料之中，烤鳗肝的好吃就是意料之外的惊喜了，有点后悔保守的点了一串。不仅仅是鱼肝，还串了鱼肠。鱼肝本身烤得粉糯不失弹嫩，鱼肠脆韧很有嚼劲，酱香入味，一点也不腥。▹鳗鱼玉子烧卷的有点散，但问题不大，能做到香滑软嫩，好吃就行啦，喜欢。

吉塚うなぎ屋 本店店铺位置在运河边，店内分两层。前来点菜的阿姨业务熟练，直接问我们要韩文的还是中文的菜单，简单英文沟通无障碍。鳗鱼料理是这家的招牌，套餐内有三种做法的鳗鱼，确实又香又糯又肥美。看起来份量不大，但吃完后还是很饱腹的。味道果然名不虚传，皮烤的焦脆油润，肉质软糯又带有弹性。每一道菜肴都精致又好味。米饭渗入了鳗鱼烤出焦香油脂和着酱汁，也是吃得津津有味。这家店生意非常好，确实是当地人喜欢光顾的地方，不少人用餐之余还另外点一份打包。

地址在福岡市博多区博多駅中央街1-1 JR博多シティ 9F。去日本当然不能错过鳗鱼饭啦，最后一天直接往店里跑位于博多的这家餐厅，人气相当旺，几乎天天排队。木桶盛装的鳗鱼饭可以品尝原味和茶渍饭，非常推荐。活杀的鳗鱼，新鲜味美，没有一点河腥气。一口咬下去，鱼肉嫩嫩的，还有甜味。如果桶装鳗鱼饭里面酱油多点就更加好了 口味稍微有点淡点了人气鳗鱼饭套餐，蒲烧酱汁，不像国内的酱汁那么甜而浓重。鱼皮很薄，而且有嚼劲。一口鱼肉，一口米饭，浓浓的鳗鱼味混杂着大米的清香，再来一口昆布汤，真是绝配。
